1. Services

TommyBoyFilms provides videography, editing, and related media production services. The scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined in written agreements or proposals for each project.

2. Payments

• A deposit may be required to secure your project booking.

• Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

• Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional costs may apply if expenses have already been incurred.

4. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.

• TommyBoyFilms reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, websites, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Raw footage remains the property of TommyBoyFilms unless otherwise negotiated.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary approvals to keep projects on schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best service possible, TommyBoyFilms is not liable for indirect damages, delays beyond our control, or issues arising from third-party services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement in writing. Clients remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
